The property was absolutely brilliant and nice and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great with vegan options and local specialities and a great view, and also the staff were all nice!
Well, internet connection was weak.

Double room with a good bathroom, had essentials required. The staff was fabulously friendly, affable. Its location in Stornoway was unbeatable and excellent, right by the discotheque next door and the restuarant.

It was tidy, and the people were outstandingly accommodating and amazingly kind. The location was incredible and excellent, very close to the ferry port and the town centre, and the ferry terminal. Stopped by A Lanntair to get some coffee and treats, it's next door to the venue, recommend.

Enjoyed our 2 nights here. The restaurant here was excellent with decent food, we both ordered excellent dishes. The room had a nice looking bathroom and a work desk, multi-channel television, and a coffeemaker. The location was excellent and beautiful, just 5 minutes walk from a Baronial mansion. The property was set in a shopping area. The free parking was nearby, brilliant service.

Spotless room and staff is always extraordinarily friendly and unfailingly friendly.
It's an absolutely brilliant place, tidy. It offers good and stunning location just off the central harbour area, the center, which is very beautiful and the centre of Stornaway. Again, Stornoway Harbour is easily reachable.

The room was nice styled and the view to the castle was pleasant. The hotel was gorgeous and quiet and in a central location just next door to the restaurant for evening meal and breakfast as well as all main areas of stornoway. There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape extra special. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfy bed for a great night's sleep. We loved the central location, being able to explore the charming town and enjoy the picturesque views of the harbor and castle. The delicious breakfast and wide variety of options were a definite highlight of our stay.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The property itself felt a bit tired and could benefit from some updates and cleaning.

Neat, immaculate units provided with a good bathroom, a great selection of tea, as for instance.
